PUBLIC Yoga Classes

Yoga, for me, is a practice of caring for the whole person—mind, body, and soul.

Guided by the spirit of UbuntuI am because we are—our classes honor the understanding that healing happens both within ourselves and in connection with one another. Together we move, breathe, pray, meditate, reflect, and rest. Through music, mindful movement, and guided practices, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself, trust your own inner wisdom, and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging.

By taking this classes $8 of your class fee goes directly toward free yoga classes for immigrant community members who cannot pay.

Class Descriptions

01

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga practice that links breath with movement, flowing from one posture to the next in a continuous sequence. In this class Nuna guides you through a mindful practice that builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each transition is an opportunity to connect breath to movement, arriving fully in your body with every pose. Modifications are always offered. All levels welcome. No yoga experience needed.

02

Somatic Healing Dance

Move through the six elements — earth, water, fire, air, sound, and light. This class combines yoga, pranayama, and freeform somatic movement to awaken the body and bring balance to the mind, body, and soul. No choreography. No right way to move.

03

Bhakti Joy

Bhakti Yoga is the path of loving devotion — union with the Divine through single-pointed focus, devoted movement, and deep love. In this class we gather together with open hearts and open minds, in a place of acceptance and love for all beings. We sing, play, and pray together, offering our joy up to the highest Divinity. We respect and love ourselves, each other, and the land beneath us. All peoples of all ages are welcome. Come as you are. Leave more yourself.

04

Gentle Flow

A slow, floor-based yoga practice focused on deep release and nervous system rest. Long-held postures, conscious breath, and extended savasana. For when you need to put down what you are carrying and simply rest.

Your practice supports community healing. A portion of every class fee goes directly toward free and subsidized yoga classes for community members who cannot pay. When you step onto your mat, someone else can too.
