Whether she is opening a conference for hundreds or speaking at an intimate community gathering, she brings her whole self — her African roots, her lived experience of immigration and survival, her joy, and her fire.

Nuna’s workshops are participatory, embodied, and culturally grounded. She brings the same energy to a three-hour training that she brings to a keynote — the room stays awake, engaged, and often surprised by what opens up.

She works with organizations, healthcare teams, therapists, and community groups. Her workshops bridge the gap between what people are taught in training programs and what actually happens when culture, trauma, and identity enter the room.
