Take a break from the noise and join us for an evening of movement, mindfulness, music, and community.
Anne will guide us through a gentle practice to help us slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Then we’ll invite our bodies to move freely with music—whether that’s dancing, stretching, swaying, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze.
This isn’t about getting the steps right. It’s about feeling good in your body, letting go of stress, and spending time in community.
With so much happening in the world, we all deserve moments to breathe, laugh, move, and remember that we’re not alone.
