A gentle, welcoming yoga class open to everyone โ no matter your age, fitness level, or experience. We move through simple postures, breathing, and rest together. A space where you belong exactly as you are.
Trauma-informed
A carefully held practice for women who have experienced violence, loss, or trauma. Every choice is yours โ movement is always an invitation, never a demand. Facilitated by a certified trauma-informed practitioner.
Breathwork
Simple, powerful breathing to calm the nervous system, release stress, and return to yourself. Especially helpful for those carrying anxiety, grief, or the weight of navigating a new country. No yoga experience required.
Movement & Joy
Joyful, free-form movement and dance rooted in African traditions and community. We shake off stress, celebrate our bodies, and move together. This is not a performance โ it is a release. Come as you are.
