Returning to My Inner Wisdom

For much of my life, I believed I had to search outside myself for answers. I looked to books, teachers, churches, and the opinions of people I trusted, hoping they would help me find the right path. Over time, my understanding of spirituality began to change. It wasn’t one big moment that transformed me, but many quiet moments spent walking through forests, sitting by the ocean, and learning to be still. Nature became more than a place I visited—it became a place where I remembered who I was. This reflection is about that journey: from seeking a distant God to discovering the sacred within, around me, and in the quiet wisdom that has always been waiting beneath the noise.
